Hi, my name is Darren and I'm from Engineering.

I have been a software developer for more than 12 years now.

This blog/newsletter is going to be a place where I talk about leadership in tech and what it takes to become a great leader.

In all my years in tech, I have only worked for one company that had great leadership, every other company had really bad leadership, and this blog is where I want to dive into, but also share, what I have learned makes the great leaders and what goes wrong everywhere else.

I hope you enjoy what I have written, I hope that it makes you think if you are in a leadership position, and if you aren't in a leadership position, I hope that my writing will inspire you, either to become a lead or just to improve the leadership at your company(if possible, generally this is impossibly difficult)
